Alligator ready to strike at Huntington State Park near Myrtle Beach

Posted By ShoutCarolina,Date: 10.12.2008

Forget about mini-golf, rock-n-roll theme rides and Ripley’s Aquarium. Why spend $30, $40 and even $50 on commercially scripted entertainment when you can get the REAL THING for just $5?

At the Huntington Beach State Park you come nose to nose to free roaming alligators feet from the roads and nature trails. Most of them will just soak in the sun laying still as a stone. But once in a while a feisty gator will put on “who’s your daddy, show me the money” chest pumping show.

Don’t be a monkey snatched from the tree
Mr. Alligator may catch thee…
